LEVEL 5 RANKED GUY

Few minutes ago, this fella came into my channel and asked me do I know what is happening with RT, obviously referring to Random Team ladder. I replied with the same question, stating that I don't know whats happening with RT. Then he told me to check out his profile. And then I did.

This guy is level 5 in Random Team ladder. His current rank is 728! Is Blizzard resetting the ladder or we are witnessing some big mistake in their database, I don't know. Here is the screenshot of this guy's account.
