THE LIST PART ONE

I can't stand you newbies everyday whining and begging via battle.net and blog. Spamming all day long "post it, post it". Okay then. I am posting first part of it as I announced yesterday.

LEGENDS AND THEIR MARKS

Here we go!

TILLERMAN

Tillerman is from United Kingdom and now professionally plays poker. He started to play Warcraft 3 from its very beginnings. He become popular pretty fast because of his innovative way of playing and game understanding. Before him, players didn't have clue about tech-ing, fast expanding, macro game, they were playing messy and chaotic. Like if you give ball to kids who wants to play football without posts. 

He drastically changed way of armor understanding, fast creeping and put standards for Undead race which was his main race even tho I consider him to be the best Random player of all times.

His biggest qualities weren't micro game nor special spots creeping because the game was very young when he started to play it. People were still finding out the way to play the race, deal with creeps and control the heroes. In his hands, at least at that time, his units and his heroes combined with his gameplay acted like a big, compact organism rather than a hand there, a leg there sight.

His trademarks are many but I will mention few like : coil/nova combined with fiends, mass shaman/ doc strategies, mass Ancient of Wars strategy (he had a game versus Spirit_Moon that he won and which lasted more than two hours and included more than 100 barracks built in game), rifle/ caster/ mortar strategy which is very popular nowdays and so on.

He was also the founder of very popular gaming organization Four Kings/ 4K where he gathered the best players of that time which made a fast switch to the expansion in which Tillerman didn't have much success mostly because the META game is so different than the classic. 

Tillerman used to give advices and write articles to the players who were visiting Blizzard websites where he had special status. 

N811-MASTER

N811-MASTER is Night Elf player from Germany. He is very well known for his asocial behavior, arrogance, perfect knowledge of English language and obsession with anal sex. 

He started to play very early on highest levels. During the time when people were still learning how to play the races he found out his own playstyle. That became his trademark. Even today, when I met some Night Elf player who is making KOTG with dual AofW's I remember N811-MASTER.

There was a time when I was in good relations with him but mostly we just hated eachother simply because we were rivals for more than 5 years. However, I have to say that he is very intelligent person who found out a way to play the game with smallest efforts and to be able to beat everyone.

ORCOUSER[IS]

Orco is legendary player from Russia. Also dear friend of mine who considered me to be the best player of this game. Couldn't help myself and had to mention that.

He is the founded of clan Infinity Skill/ IS in which he gathered best Orc players of his era. One of those was Grubby.

Orco became very popular after the biggest patch of classics's history was released. This patch made the biggest impact on the classics future. This patch was announcing the expansion and made game hard to play. At least harder than it used to be. Mostly because before that patch players were playing caster wars. Casters didn't have Magic damage type and their armor wasn't Unarmored. That change of damage and armor confused people who were now trapped in their attempts to play the old style.

Orco brought Headhunters and Grunts to the scene totally erasing casters from his list of desired units. Often switching to Wyverns or staying with Tier 1 for the whole game he was able to gain map dominance and early game advantage against his opponents. His trademark is also fast base upgrade and Far Seer and Blademaster harass as well as dual barracks and mass of Headhunters, burrow creeping and so on.

OJUNE

Ojune is Undead player from Belgium. When I met him for the first time he was student of philosophy, calm and intelligent young man. 

His way of playing was combined with amazing micro and understanding of META game. No other Undead player of his time, and there is only few in future, were able to play Ghouls like he did. His Ghouls were like Taurens and Archers. So strong and so many. 

He always combined them with three heroes, often playing Dreadlord as first choice. Bringing Carrion Swarm to the scene he changed the way Undeads coil/ nova standards were played and brought in another spell that was powerful against any army. That became his trademark.

GOLAN

GOLAN is Human player from Poland. He isn't considered to be top of all times but I must put this guy in The List simply because he played this race which was and is the least popular race in ladder. In the sea of Night Elf players who like the easy way, Orc players who like it Tower way and Undead players who like it Nuke way GOLAN managed to oppose with his versatile way of playing.

His most popular strategy is rifle/ caster that people are playing since forever. I am not big fan of this strategy but I have  to admit that it is the most effective one and GOLAN was surely player who played it the way it should be played.

HARD_KILLAH

HARD_KILLAH is Human player from Russia. Even tho he was great Human player he is not in my list because of that.

When Replayers was released, he was the one who helped it to become famous Roc website. Under the nickname Ghost[ss] he arranged news, top/ rotw replays category where he sometimes made descriptions. He is a leader of clan european skills [eS] which gathered all good players in the past. He was pioneer and true mastermind.

ZEN

ZEN is Undead player from Sweden. Total newbie and total disaster when it comes to playing. But when it comes to running websites as head administrator, organizing tournaments, leagues and other events, making maps and contributing to the community, ZEN is the best one.

She's been the most loved admin of Replayers for ages now. As a Shaman in clan eS she was able to get to the best players of that time and arrange many showmatches and small events. Becoming my close friend and great help, she made many clan w3 events come true. Organizing many events, including her own zCuP, with great prizes and making, in my opinion, the best classic map - Outskirts, she is a true legend.

ROTANIMOD

ROTANIMOD is Orc player from United States. Even tho US community is pretty small and non significant to European, I decided to put few US players in The List.

Roty is mostly known for his Headhunter strategies combined with Zeppelin. To explain you what he did, he made Far Seer with bunch of Headhunters and then he put his Tauren Chieftain in Zeppelin and unloads him in the center of his opponents army when he would then cast Stomp. Pretty brilliant and effective.

I met him during my short era on West and played few custom games versus him where he shown great knowledge of the game and earned my respect.
