Just a short post to give credit to CUBORG who is putting enormous efforts to repost the data that was lost/ deleted during the recent hackers attack. CUBORG's actions should inspire the rest of the community to post their replays and share their words on the oldest and the most loved ROC website. History has proved that no matter how strong bad guys strike, Replayers always comes back on its feet.
It is great that we have more than one community website. This blog is also great because everything that is about ROC is great. It would be a shame if someone hacked Rocarena or this blog, and destroyed everything that has been happening around that site and this blog for more than 2 years. Now everyone of you can imagine how bad it is when it happens to Replayers that has been online since the day one.
Summer is meeting its end and most of us came back from our holidays. The grey September will come and we will like to, when our real life duties are done and we catch free time that we like to spend only on ourselves., to sit in front of PC, play our favorite game and check out whats going around.
Because of that, because of yourself, the community and the Replayers, post your replays and share your thoughts and ideas about anything.
Great tournament hosted by Replayers is gonna be played in few days. It is called Golden cup and it is sponsored by our dear community member Ketchup who has been the most active user of Replayers for the past few years. The cup is going to be massive and it will be great to remind how was to play/ observe massive tournaments. Back in the old W3CUP days, when I didn't yet discover the beauty of tourney.cc to share it with the community, I had pleasure to host 2 massive weekly tournaments in which one had 128 and other exactly 64 participants and I belive that Golden cup will get those 64 slots easily filled. Back then, when we had those massive tournaments they were saying the same story they are saying nowdays. That ROC is dying that people are switching on different games and so on.
And they were terribly wrong about everything because this game will wait a lot of time to meet its end.
