META GAME PT II - BLIND GAMES

There is no recipe for perfect META game. It is not enough just to follow one pattern of playing and to expect to get positive result every single time. Not even if you are playing "perfectly" because small in-game factors that are often deciding the winner can create huge difference between opponents.

So many good replay packs lately. My 4th pack of games from W3Arena and I gotta say that it is very special and dear to me. That is why I will write something about the games and players/ trolls that I played.

As I said, I am in a process of reviving one of my favorite tabs on the blog - 1337 replays. I've put few games in there and the newest addition is a must watch game against one troll wannabe who I killed with Shrederz. One of the most popular, if not the most popular, player of last few years, and also a dear friend of mine who needs no introduction after his nickname is written - S_A_I_B_OT, is one of the walking legends who actively plays on new formed W3Arena server.

MINIONERD

Yesterday I've got email from Google Team support in which they are asking me to confirm the reset of my email password for which, by the way, I never made a request. Since this is not the first time that one of my passwords is under attack and the methods are pretty similar, I realized that it is, again, El Tonto, aka Ghost.Retorno who is desperately trying to do harm. This reminded me of his past hacking tries against me.

ARNO SHOW

There are not so many Orc players on W3Arena and because of this we don't get the chance to see some good green face action. But, did Dinker ever failed you? NO! So, here is the replay pack of fantastic French Orc  ArnOrc!

MEET GABE

I was sitting in W3Arena home channel and I spotted GaBe, guy who I met 3-4 times on the server. Just from curiosity, I checked his stats. After seeing his stats I realized how special must this guy be and decided to ask him for an interview. And of course, I wasn't mistaken.

Those who don't have guts to play on W3Arena server don't know that community's favorite minion El Tonto aka Ghost.Retorno has an addictive habit to start every playing day with new account. And yea, if you were wondering thats me on the picture bashing the minion.

I've said several times that it is very sad that we don't have the chance to view the great number of amazing games that are daily played on W3Arena. 

BUSTED

It looked like there was no hack that can break the firewall on W3Arena. But these nasty wannabes seem to always find the way to sneak into our plans to create a safe zone for fair gamers and spoil the idea with their ugly cheats. One of those is "famous" French maphacker also known as Jason.

PURE 1337NESS

Just took a look at the left bar of the blog and realized that "1337 replays" thread is pretty rusty. I'd lie if I say that I haven't watched any replays since the last replay in that thread was posted, but the number of replays I've watched and the amount of 1337tness I saw was pretty small. Hopefully, that is going to change.

NEW YEAR + REPPACK

Happy new year folks! My little present for you will be new replay pack. All the games were, of course, played on W3Arena, server that will hopefully become the center of good gaming in 2013.
